Jeff Hawkes
Business Development Manager
Jeff has a BS from the University of Wisconsin-Stout in Marketing and Education. He started his career working for Target Corporation where he held a variety of leadership positions in the areas of Distribution, Logistics, Operations and Store Management.
Jeff Founded an investment partnership that currently invests or has invested in a variety of asset classes including commercial real estate and retail businesses. He is currently a director of two privately held companies and is a founder of a national networking group. Jeff also currently holds his Minnesota residential and commercial real estate license.
Todd Eberhardt
Founder, Managing Member
Prior to founding The Sonic Management Group, Todd was co-founder and CEO of Comm-Works, a leading single-source provider of enterprise voice and data services for Fortune 2000 companies in North America and government agencies nationwide. Todd was the chief architect of the company’s growth – both organic and strategic. In his 10 years at the helm of the company, Comm-Works grew at an average annualized rate of 65 percent to $50 million in revenues and more than 150 employees. In 2005, Comm-Works acquired Fortran Communications Systems and Mahon Communications Corporation, further enhancing growth and expanding its reach and presence in the commercial and government voice and data sectors. Todd remains a guiding member of Comm-Works’ board of directors.
While at Comm-Works, Todd met and worked with more than 4,000 telecommunications contractors. Hearing their stories and knowing first-hand what they went through to establish and build their businesses, inspired him to create an organization that would help them grow, learn and utilize best business practices, and achieve balance in their lives. That organization is The Sonic Management Group.
Todd holds a BS in Business from the University of Wisconsin – Eau Claire.
Brendan Ford
Co-founder and Member
As co-founder of SonicMG, Brendan brings a breadth of experience as an entrepreneur of multiple high growth companies. He began his career in medical service with Sonus USA, Inc. where he managed the Sonus Network from its inception until 2005. The company had 1500+ locations earning $500 million in retail revenue and $30 Million in corporate revenue.
Prior to co-founding SonicMG, Brendan was Vice President of Audigy Group, LLC, a member-owned organization of hearing care practitioners. Audigy Group won awards for the NW fastest growing private company in 2007 (#1) and 2008 (#17) and was listed in INC 500 as #223 in 2009.
Brendan holds a BS in Business with a double emphasis in Management and Marketing from George Fox University.
Jen Tourville
Director of Human Resources
Jen brings to SonicMG a decade of experience working in Human Resources with a focus on consulting, generalist activities and recruitment efforts.
Previously, Jen provided HR consulting services to clients with large field locations including Select Comfort, Room and Board and Tennant Company. She has led multiple projects to increase employee retention and employee satisfaction and has had significant experience with updating and creating HR policies.
Jen holds a BS in Organizational Communications and Human Resources Management from Metropolitan State University.
Adam Eckhardt
Professional Development Manager
Adam joined SonicMG in June of 2008 and came aboard as a Marketing Coordinator. Today he works as the Professional Development Manager and oversees the SonicEDGE Sales and SNAIR Customer Service Training for members as well as facilitates the SNAIR Pro Customer Service Training.
Adam also works with the marketing team at SonicMG and shares a passion for all things Social Media as well as event planning for all SonicMG events, including our large Member Summits.
Adam holds a BA in Business Management and Communications Studies from Gustavus Adolphus College in St. Peter, Minnesota.
